This track is about the frustration of being forced to exist in a cold cruel world that you don't understand, and it likewise doesn't understand you. You always feel left out, left behind, left out in the cold, and ALONE.

She shivers as the gate behind her closes,
The stars are still, indifferent, cold and bright.
The clarity of naked truth surrounds her,
The sleet begins to pelt the silent night.

Icy Snows, where no one goes,
No one sees, and no one knows.
You don't care, 'cause you're not there
in a lonely hidden wasteland where the poison ivy grows.

No welcome voice calls out to offer comfort,
Nobody knows she's freezing all alone.
